The following five goals will inform Harmony Place's direction, objectives and strategies over the next three years:
Strategic Goals Goal 1: Establish accountable, transparent and robust policies and processes for effective leadership within the organisation
Goal 2: Maintain and develop collaboration and relationships with Culturally and Linguistically Divers Background (CALDB) communities, service providers and funders that benefit our clients, our services, our organisation and CALDB communities
Administrative Goal Goal 3: Engage in best practice human resource management encompassing staff recruitment and retention, training and professional development and occupational health and safety
Operational Goals Goal 4: Increase the capacity of communities and service providers to accept, include and empower CALDB people with mental health issues and mental illness
Goal 5: Increase the social inclusion of CALDB people
