Annabelle Allimant – Manager for Harmony Place™
Ms Allimant has been appointed as the Manager for Harmony Place™, effective date as of 2nd of April 2012. She has been previously acting as Manager for this Organisation during the period of March to August 2011.

Ms Allimant whilst in recent times, has been away from the Multicultural Sector and NGOs’, her commitment and ongoing interest in the work of this organisation extends over many years. At various times, she had held executive positions in the Board while keeping a substantive position of employment in the community.

Rosario Pineda – Office Administrator

Ms Pineda has been promoted to Office Administrator for Harmony Place™, effective day as of 16th of April 2012. She has been taking the role of as Administrative Assistant from July 2011 up to date. Rosario had worked for Lifeline, MDA and Multilink, where she was in charge of a Marketing project for the last two Organisations.

Fadia Henen - Finance Officer
Ms Henen  moved to Australia in 1990 and is proud to call Australia home.  Fadia holds a bachelor degree in business, majoring in Accounting from Cairo – Egypt.  Her qualification was assessed by the CPA as equivalent to an Australian accounting degree and in 1991 Fadia enrolled at the Queensland University of Technology.  Fadia studied business and taxation law, computer information systems and other accounting subjects.  This study helped Fadia transition to the system in Australia.

Fadia has worked in both the corporate and the non-corporate sectors since 1982.  Since 1994 Fadia has been working exclusively for the not for profit sector and has developed extensive experience in financial management within that sector.  During this time Fadia has assisted many community based organisations through time of changes such as staff restructuring, implementing tax reform, application of GST, changes to fringe benefit regulations, implementation of the Standards for community-based organisations and most recently changes to the QLD State award for community workers.  Fadia has also assisted various community organisations transitioning to computerised accounting systems providing system set up and training services.

Fadia loves her work and enjoys assisting organisations developing and implementing strategies that overcome the financial challenges faced by the not for profit sector.  Fadia started work with Harmony Place in 2004 and enjoys being part of a dynamic, experienced, diverse and caring team.
